Service Agreement

By engaging Elite Event Logistics for cyberpunk event planning services, you agree to these terms and conditions. Our services include event design, coordination, vendor management, and technical support.

Booking and Payment

A 50% deposit is required to secure your event date. Final payment is due 7 days before the event. Cancellations made less than 30 days before the event may result in forfeiture of deposit.

Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate information about venue requirements, guest count, and special needs. Changes to event details may result in additional charges and must be communicated at least 14 days in advance.

Liability Limitations

Elite Event Logistics liability is limited to the total contract value. We are not responsible for venue-related issues, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Intellectual Property

All event designs, concepts, and proprietary technology remain the intellectual property of Elite Event Logistics. Clients may not reproduce or share our designs without written permission.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government regulations, or technical failures.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in New York State. These terms are governed by New York State law.
